Associated with PROINTEC and in conjunction with MOR, HJI Group provided technical assistance to promote an affordable, sustainable, efficient, and competitive mode of railway passenger transport in the PRC. Our TA critically evaluated the quality and quantity of passenger transportation in the PRC and assisted the Government and MOR to prepare a strategy to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of railway passenger operations.
