Through years of successful practice in providing consulting services, we have established a comprehensive in-house QA/QC program, managed by designated company QA/QC officers. A QA/QC Manual has been developed and is updated regularly in order to meet the project needs. As a general guideline for company QA/QC policies and procedures, the manual identifies the authority and responsibility, general procedures for quality control system, process control, sub-consultant control, documentation control, prevention and corrective action, internal quality auditing, and training. A project-specific QA/QC plan will be developed and tailored to the specific project needs for each new project based on the general QA/QC procedures and will be enforced during the project implementation, and a project QA/QC officer will be assigned for the project once the contract is signed.
