The project’s objective is to conserve cultural and natural heritage, enhance tourism services, and improve community services in selected project sites in Gansu province. The project locations are Kongtong District, Jingchuan County, Zhuanglang County, Tanchang County, Kangxian County, and Hezheng County.

HJI is tasked with design review, bidding document review, procurement and contract management, financial management and disbursement arrangement, reporting and training, and construction management to ensure that the project is implemented efficiently and all materials, works, goods and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively, and that works are constructed to a high standard, in accordance with the technical specifications and terms and conditions of the contract.
